Low-Cost, Low-Key Ephraim Airbnb Wedding | Cassie and Mike's Wedding
I said my goodbyes to the family and wished them safe travels home, and Cassie, Mike, and I concluded our evening watching the sun set over the bay. If the rest of 2019’s weddings are even half as awesome as Cassie and Mike’s, I’m in for one hell of a year.
Ephraim's Eagle Harbor Inn | Daryl and Jody's Intimate Door County Wedding
Daryl and Jody got married today, but it’s crazy to think how close they were to have never happened. They met on a dating website, and both were skeptical due to their fair share of bad experiences. However, this one seemed promising, so they arranged to have dinner at Heritage Tavern in Madison (or so they thought). In reality, Jody typed a text to confirm their date details, forget to hit send, so both thought they were being stood up. Jody eventually caught her mistake, and here we are today!
Tropical Sturgeon Bay Wedding | Second-Shooter Photography Highlights
We may live in a state known for winter, but Haley and Pete’s vision transported us to South Africa with bird of paradise bouquets, palm leaf jumpsuits, and enough pineapples to pass for a Glass Animals concert. Many celebrations follow a similar script, and I approvingly tip my hat to couples not afraid of standing out. Dare to be different; authenticity is always in season!
Stress-Free Door County Airbnb Beach Wedding
It was a warm summer day with a gentle breeze, the type of day you want to relax on the beach. However, after saying “I do,” fog quickly rolled in and the temperature dropped instantly. We headed back inside, ate picnic food, opened gifts, and hung out over casual drinks. I told them that I’ve never had such a stress-free wedding before. They smiled and said, “It’s exactly what we wanted.”
Intimate Backyard Wedding | Hannah and Alex Celebrate Along Lake Michigan
“I have dreamed of this day for what seems like my entire life. But until I met you, it was only that - a dream; something far in the future that would maybe happen someday. Ever since you walked into my life, you have been making my dreams become reality.”
Gills Rock Backyard Celebration | Kaitlin and Joseph's Door County Wedding to Remember
If I were to describe Kaitlin and Joseph’s wedding in one word, it would be connection. Their day started at Bethel Baptist Church in Ellison Bay, and I got goosebumps when the whole congregation offered their hands to the couple, sending their love and energy, singing southern-gospel with tears running down their faces. It was truly special, and despite my best best efforts I know my words will never properly convey the emotion echoing through the walls; it was a feeling that just had to be experienced. It was powerful, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a room so unified.
