The Rushes | A 50th Anniversary and a Big Surprise

50th anniversary family photo shoots are always a big deal on their own, but this one at The Rushes came with a big surprise. After photographing the whole family together, we broke into individual families for our traditional formals.

“We have a prop we’d like to use,” one of the families told me. They slid a piece of paper out from a folder, held it up for a photo, and everyone else went wild; the family will grow by one next March, and I was able to capture the announcement!
